Overview
Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1470, by Zt-37o 'Caliban' Trêbënh. The establishment of Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka's construction back out of the project. Zt-37o 'Caliban' Trêbënh pushed on reguardles, and Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka is buildings have been located at convienant points along the mountain Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow cobblestone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Unfortuantly, these failry decent fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes.

History
Hǐ Jĭajĭ Birěkhka used to be more prosperous, but something happened relatively long ago that left it a shrunken shadow of its former self.
